What are the shipping options?
Standard Shipping UK: 3-5 working days - £3.99
1st Class Shipping UK: 1-2 working days - £5.00
Standard Shipping EU: 5-10 workind days - £7.99
Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends.
We deliver within the UK and EU.
How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
The most easiest and effecient way to contact us is through email: firstname.lastname@example.org or through our Customer Service Chat, we will aim to reply back to you within 48 hours.
What do I do about returns?
We will accept returns of any items purchased with a full price tag through our store within 30 days of the purchase.
With an exemption of items bought during a sale. These purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unless any of the the sales items have arrived damaged.
All returned items must have tags still on and be returned in their original condition.
The returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use or sings of intentional damage.
You will receive a full refund minus the shipping cost on all items purchased, that qualify for a refund.
You can also request a store credit to use later, or exchange of the item for a better fitting size.
To arrange a free return of your item please contact us on email@example.com. Please state the reason for the return of your item in the email.
If your full price or sales item has arrived damaged, we will require image/ video proof of the damage and might also require you to return the item to us so we can assess it.
We reserve the right to not issue a full refund if the damage by the item is caused by innapropriate use or handling of the item by the buyer. This can include, but is not limited to stains of make up and other liquids, removals of the tags, rips, scratches, tears and other damage caused during inccorect use of the item.
